SiteLift AI (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy briefly explains what data we collect through this website and how we handle it.
Analytics
We use cookie-free, aggregated analytics through Umami Cloud, with the EU region selected. No individual profile of visitors is built, and no cookie banner is needed, because no tracking cookies are placed.
Form & enquiries
When you submit your website URL through the form on this page, we receive the URL you entered, the language you chose and the time of submission. We use this data solely to contact you about your request. If you then choose to leave your name, e-mail address and/or phone number, we use these only to contact you about your request as well. If you tick the box for marketing updates, we may also occasionally inform you about new features or offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
When we e-mail you with a proposal
Occasionally we send a business a proposal for a new website, with a sample site built from its own website. The controller is AppBuilders BV (trading as SiteLift), Boskant 22, 9700 Oudenaarde, KBO BE 0719.548.572. For this we only use publicly available business details: the business's name, address, website and general contact address. We obtain these from OpenStreetMap and from the business's own website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in making businesses a relevant offer (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We share the data with no one. If you reply “unsubscribe”, we will take the sample site offline and stop e-mailing you; we will then keep only your e-mail address on a blocklist, to make sure it stays that way. You can always access, correct or erase your data via contact@sitelift.be, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only processed by technical service providers needed to keep this site and our contact form running, such as hosting, e-mail delivery and Umami Cloud analytics.
